According to studies a property that has been staged can sell up to three times faster than non-staged properties and home staging can increase the value of a property by up to 10%.

How much would a typical two bedroom house cost to be staged?

An initial home staging consultation and report could cost as little as £250. This will include recommendations and a plan of action, which you can chose to do yourself.

If you would rather one of our professional home stagers to manage the project, they will provide an individual quote. Each property is unique and requires different levels or work. This will vary depending on whether the property only needs a few tweaks or extensive de-cluttering and decoration.

If the recommendations are not achievable on your budget, you have the option of doing some of the work yourself and you can hire a home stager for some of the tasks. We can do as little or as much as you like and can work towards your budget.
